A family house with a studio

The proposed family house is situated on flat parcel in in Prague 6. The environment in which it is set is characterized by visible development of family house with a significant residential function. The design of the family house respects the needs of the client and has an effort to reflect them through the rationality of the layout and technical solution into a building with a strong visual aspect. The Family house is designed as a two-storey building, with the 1st floor integrating spaces of a common room with the technical background and the 2nd floor providing an escape into privacy and silence. The spaces are intentionally arranged so that after fulfilling their functionality, they always allow remote views and maximum connection with the green exterior through their simple floor plan.
