House with a studio

This house was designed for a pottery artist. I wanted to create a space, where they could be fully concentrated on their job, organize small workshops, but also spend time with their family and friends. While designing this house I aknowledged the functionalistic surroundings. The building is located in Prague on Hanspaulka, on a relatively steep terrain. The plot has an overall elevation of 4 meters, which I dealt with by partially embedding the house into the terrain and creating terraces. I divided the house into four floors according to their purpose.
