The project is intended for recreation, but also for long-term stay for a family of four. It is ideal for flat or slightly sloping land. These facilities are without a cellar with a flat roof. The complex is supposed to give a very harmonious impression of repeating elements, but also creates balanced asymmetry. The floor plan of the above-ground floor is dedicated to the entire day zone with a connected living room with kitchen and dining room with a pleasant view of the terrace with the possibility of sitting together with a view at the river. We enter the stairs to the second floor, where two rooms are fully equipped. The objects are designed from ceramic blocks that can be replaced with an aerated concrete. The ceilings are monolithic concrete. Heating is underfloor.
