The idea of this house came up to a mind of a music composer as he wanted to create a building which could easily accommodate three different types of usage. For that, it was important to keep them independent on each other, every part had it's own rear for the needs of its purpose. First part was the "living" part, accommodation for the owner and guests. The next one was "representative", meaning dining room, saloon and workroom. The purpose of the last one was more common in the last century than now in higher classes. It was used by the servants such as cook, driver or gardener and it offerd them a dignified space for work. The main aim of the design was to connect these three parts as efficiently as possible for a comfortable living and working.
