In harmony

In my design, I addressed the location of the reservoir located near the town of Kladno. The place is located in a fairly dense forest between Kladno and Vrapice. The mentioned waterworks served as a sludge tank to the local industrial building. Now, however, the tank is not used, and is falling into disrepair. Despite its difficult location and unsatisfactory condition, people from the area are interested in it and go for it during their trips. My task was to create a place whose atmosphere would coincide with the atmosphere of the "landscape of my heart", which for me is Šumava. The shape of the tank is irregular with very sharp corners and sloping walls. I decided not to keep this hardness in my design, but on the contrary to insert into this place harmonic curves evoking harmony.
