Student housing

The main goal of the assignment was to create student housing. The building is located in a pleasant and quiet place in an older district not far from the center in the small town of Třešť. The place has a beautiful view of the park and the Třešť brook. The main feature of the exterior is the facade and terrace lined with wood. The wooden look looks calm and gentle to its surroundings. The facade is complemented by large windows, which bring a lot of light into the interior. The house is divided into two parts. Social lower part, which consists of a large hallway with a climbing wall, toilet and kitchen together with the living room. And the upper part, which consists of two rooms, each for two people and a bathroom.
