CASE STUDY

The Hooded Cabin is located in Norway, in the alpine region of Imingfjell, where it resists adverse weather conditions. The cabin plot is located at an altitude of 1125 m, in an area exposed to avalanche danger. This is a robust and efficient little cabin facing the lake view. The initial idea of the design came from a sketch of a kind of "protective hood".
