Whole Piece

At the beginning, we were choosing a building for which we then designed a hive – and I designed two. The building was part of the Czechoslovak pavilion at the international exhibition Expo 58. That’s why the inspiration for the first design was the “statue” of the turbine in front of the pavilion and for the second design the pavilion itself. In this way I wanted to restore their harmony – restaurant, pavilion, turbine.
