The Terraqua Poprad building is part of a city park near the center of Poprad. It serves the general public as a meeting place, which can be used in the summer as a terrace for a picnic, but also during the cold and windy winters of Poprad as a den below ground level. The building got its name - Terraqua - precisely because it lies at the interface of land and water.
