THREE SPATIAL PLANS

Freed from all the hustle and bustle of the big city that the island park occupies, the house becomes a landmark for anyone looking for peace and inspiration. The local gallery, dedicated to budding artists, is located on the ground floor. It is conceived as a large exhibition space suitable for everyday and unusual expression of art. When viewed from the sash windows, the visitor finds himself facing the open sea. On the next floor there is a so-called boat cafe with a large terrace. The structure is built in a skeletal system and creates the impression of symmetry. It is also flexible - it combines complexity and simplicity, temperament and calm.
