House for a significant person

The family house is designed for the Czech singer and sportsman Ben Cristovao. As the artist is exposed to constant pressure from the public, the main concept was to create a pleasant spot suitable for relaxation, but also an ideal place to improve in sport. The ground floor representing the living area of the house consists mainly of a large living room connected to the dining room and kitchen. The whole room is glazed into the garden and allows direct access to the garden terrace. An integral part of this floor is a spacious gym with a bathroom, dressing room and access to the garden. The first floor is dedicated to the night part. There is a bedroom with a bathroom, a dressing room and a balcony, and two other rooms also with a bathroom and a shared balcony facing the garden.
