HOUSE FOR SIGNIFICANT PERSON

The family house with a studio and a garage is compositionally divided into three mass, which are set in the environment of Prague's Hanspaulka. The garage for two vehicles is closest to the street. Behind it is the dominant feature of the whole plot - a two-storey family house. The first floor consists of an entrance hall and a generous raised living room with kitchen and dining table, from which is a beautiful view and possible access directly to the garden. The big advantage of the whole space is the amount of natural light that passes through a large window. The second floor is divided into two children's rooms facing the garden and a bright bedroom overlooking Prague. All this is hidden under a flat roof. The last mass on the plot is a studio, which is set in the highest place.
