House for a famous person

The family house is located in the residential area Hanspaulka in Prague 6. The house was designed for the Italian pianist and composer Ludovic Einaudi and his family. The intention was to create a simple and clearly legible concept of the house, which will respect the privacy of the family and at the same time offer a pleasant connection with the surroundings. The glazed part of the house on the southwest facade will offer a view of almost the whole of Prague, including Prague Castle. The back of the house is connected by a glass door with a garden and an adjacent terrace. In the basement, there is a garage for two cars and technical facilities. There is a grand piano in the main living space, behind which is a panorama of Prague. The second floor serves as a quiet part with bedrooms.
