Mortar / Paper lampshade

MORTAR Design of a porcelain double-sided mortar consists of two types of bowls - large round bowl for rubbing herbs and small one with a flat bottom for crushing hard spices or medicines. While designing the emphasis was on ergonomics, comfortable grip thumper, easy handling and pouring and cleaning. The mortar and pestle form a compact unit thanks to the small put away pits and a spout where the pestle can be stored. PAPER LAMPSHADE The design of the paper lampshade serves as a spotlight. Thanks to the layering of sheets of fine tracing paper a cozy atmosphere suitable for work is created. Interesting games with shadows, which the shade generates on its surface was also achieved. The chosen material and organic shape give the impression of elegance and fragility.
