House for a dancer

Dance, as one of the oldest and most unique ways of communicating and expressing oneself, can capture every emotion and thus give it another dimension. At the same time, it is important for the top dancers to be able to fully live with the dance and pass on their message to us. The working and living parts of the house are therefore divided into two clearly defined volumes. The cubic mass of the studio levitates on the columns above the garden and opens into it through a glass north wall. The light also penetrates the hall through a narrow skylight in the ceiling and vistas in the side walls. In the highest of the three floors of the living area there is a bright living room with a partially covered terrace with views. The two parts are connected with a transparent footbridge.
