Family house for life

The house contain two residential units - the main one and the second one. The main flat (upper one) serves as a place where the family lives. The second flat (down one) can be used as a place for grown up children when they have their own families or for grandparents when they need care. If there is nobody living there, owner of the house can have there a quiet place for work or visitors can sleep there.
