The house is located in the settlement of Baba, which became important part of the functionalist architecture in the 1920s. Thanks to its location building offers a wonderful view of Prague and a quiet place to live at the same time, although it is located not far from center.
The premises of the studio for sculptor and rooms form one mass, which allows not only the daily use of all spaces, but also the organization of public events, which not violate the privacy of other residents. The concept of the house tries to coincide with the surrounding building and the slope. The building slabs and floors are located along the contour line.
