THE CHILDREN SYSTEM

The house on the house is located in the courtyard of Kubelíkova Street in Žižkov and as a separate unit occupies the third and fourth above-ground floor. The building is designed for parents with children in alternating care, and therefore the concept is focused on children and their playfulness and at the same time with respect for the privacy of divorced parents. The center of the design is the children's space, which is delimited by a cylinder, where there is a common bedroom on the 3rd floor and on the 4th floor, the children have a playroom with desks, which is well lit thanks to the dome. The house is lined with a terrace, which can serve as a relaxation area overlooking the trees in the courtyard, which will certainly come in handy in the bustle of the city.
