Gallery of Swan Lake

I designed gallery dedicated to Swan Lake ballet, situated between lakes in a park in the middle of the city. Concept of the building is based on the plan libre and supported by column system, which is consistent with lightness of a dance. Also the interior of the gallery is inspired by ballet – asymetrical partitions with exhibits are leading visitors through every single floor. In the underground floor is located projection hall, where visitors are able to watch scenes of the Swan Lake performances. Fasade is created by glass and polycarbonate parts. Large windows are making the space look even bigger and getting natural light inside.
