HOUSE FOR MY LIBRARY

The house for my library is located in Yosemite National park. The main inspiration has been the book itself. Books make us think, enjoy the little things and gain new inspiration. The concept of the building is based on simplicity and a moment of surprise. You approach the house from the direction of the woods, but you cannot see any further because of a wall that is covering the view. Unique elements are the windows. There is one corner window on the main floor where you can see through only by sitting down. There is a panoramic window on the top floor. The chilling area where you can read your book is located in a private part of the top floor with a beautiful view. The library makes you feel safe, inspired, and relaxed. The atmosphere and sense of detail make this building unique.
