Štvanice pavilion

The main purpose of the pavilion is to allow its visitors to enjoy the scenery no matter what the weather, time of the day, or season is. The building offers great views from its unsheltered top floor, but also allows you to hide from a light shower in the glass protected room located in the middle floor. The staircase that connects these floors is designed to offer visitors the option to sit and relax in the sun, in the shade, indoors or outdoors. On a rainy day you can also use the sheltered area on either side of the building to keep yourself dry. The slats forming the roof of the building are angled to allow sunlight to warm up the entire area in the winter whilst in the summer they will stop the sunlight from overheating the building allowing more comfortable cooler ambiance.
