WIMhof

WIMhof training centre is a calm place close to nature, made for gaining new experiences. The centre focuces on the Wim Hof’s method that teaches breathing exercises, meditation and ice-cold therapy, leading to a better imunity and cold resistence. WIMhof is located in Prague 6 – Bubeneč, right next to the Vltava river bank. The building stands inbetween the old and the new waste-water treatment plant. The centre visitor finds an active but calm space that invites to a relaxation, mental and physical training. You can also experience a hot and cold shock via taking a sauna and hardening in ice-cold water or in a walking freezer.
