Annotation

The main goal was to create a place for practicing Wimhof method. A place, where participants can practice breathing exercises, meditate and harden. The Training center is located close to the river near The Old wastewater treatment plant in Bubeneč. People can detach themselves here and rise from everyday life, which influenced the concept of the whole project.
