Yachtsmen's Cottages

The design of a group of four cottages is placed in the environment of Ždáň on the bank of the Slapy dam. They serve as a short-term rental housing ideal for water and sailing enthusiasts. The cottages vary in capacity - they consist of one to three bedrooms. All combine round shapes and large glass windows, providing a panoramic view of the water area and wooded hills. The cottages are interconnected by a "ring", which provides shadow and protects against rain. Due to the slightly sloping terrain, the first floor is divided into two height levels. As a result, a stepped shaping of the terrain takes place, copying the shape of the terraces, surrounding the cottages and creating an impression of a drop falling on the water surface.
