HOUSE FOR A SCULPTOR

The project of the multi-purpose family house is situated in the settlement called Baba. The building is placed on a lookout at the edge of this settlement - so the visibility from the street was the main priority of the first concept. Another factor of the design is the profession of the user. User is a sculptor and because of that, studio with the place for exhibitions was added into layout. Everything was added into first floor for effective and easy workplace. Downstairs rooms are only for family. There is living room with a winter garden and exits to the garden and roof terrace. After this floor, there are private family rooms on lowest level of the house.
