House for Jára Cimrman

House for a czech fictional know-it-all character Jára Cimrman is situated on a north-oriented lot at the edge of Prague Petřiny district. The main part of the house, which is in modern style, has a kitchen, space to welcome guests, two research labs and two terraces with view to the valley. In the wooden, slightly tilted house on the roof are Cimrmans private rooms - mainly living room and bedroom. Under the house, in the gradient terrain is situated a small theatre space, in which he can perform his dramas for friends. The house has therefore some absurd and unordinary parts (wooden house, theatre) and also straightly modernistic features (the main buiding)
