The Cascade

Residential building for 15 apartments 2+kk with an area 55m2. The task provides for the placement of the building on the roof of the existing building (suffering nowadays night club). We are counting on a new use of the hall for the community center of the housing association and the location of the service facilities for the house. The building has a cascading shape with terraces interconnected by stairs. Carrying reinforced concrete walls are installed on an enhanced frame on top of existing farms. There is a small yard on the 1st floor.
