The skyscraper

The SKYSCRAPER is located in Pague 7, Veletržní 61/63. It is extension of current hall. Building is located in south corner of land and it is connected to existing load-bearing structures, which defines shape of our design. They also defines organization of apartments. On every floor is one housing unit 2+KK about size 55m2 of usable area, every flat have its' own balcony about size 12m2. Fifteen storey building contributes on Prague skyline, but you can't see the skyscraper from nearby development. Facade is made by vertical dashes from attic to first floor. Very interesting elements' are rhythmic windows leaping to the side.
