Annotation

The apartment building is an extension of the already existing courtyard hall, which is adjacent to the cooperative's apartment building in Letňany, Prague. The hall is used as a social and community center. The building itself is designed for five floors with three apartments 2 + kk per floor. The main part of the house is a porch, from which the individual apartments are accessible. It serves not only as an access road but also as a social space. The apartment unit consists of a large room representing a combined kitchen, dining room, and living room. It is followed by a bedroom with a dressing room and an adjoining bathroom. The apartment is dominated by a glass wall forming an open space overlooking the courtyard. Private residents provide roles that define the private zone.
