Sigma

The façade of recycled blocks, which celebrates the importance of traditional materiality in the surrounding context, adds value to the courtyard with a simple, contemporary aesthetic. Sigma is based on a tradition with a unique articulation. Designed to maximize the feeling of home living, the apartments are entered via a common road. Due to its irregular fragmentation, one can quickly forget about the outside world. The interiors are warm and cozy, while each apartment has an access to the greenery on the roof terraces. The modest but robust range of materials serves to ensure the longevity of the dwelling. The series of considered brick screens create smaller textures on the facades, which attract attention and are also reflected in the opposite interiors.
