Accommodation in the cellar street

Accommodation in the cellar street with a public space for wine tasting. The mass of the building is inspired by the classic construction of cellar streets. Due to its location on the southern slope, the building is oriented with its shorter side to the south, so the interior is not overheated. On the ground floor is a tasting area with a terrace and rooms for staff. Teresa is designed to consume the mass of the building to provide a pleasant climate while leaving a sufficient view of the landscape. On the second floor there are two flats with a living room and a kitchen, which are accessible from the exterior via a porch. The flat has a bathroom above which is a sleeping floor. The loggia also allows passage to the back of the plot, where seating is provided in close to the vineyards.
