House with gallery and photographic studio Rokycany

The house was designedfor the client, Alex Warhol, who is engaged in gallery and curatorial activities, as well as his own photographic work and painting. His distinctive lifestyle and work style are projected into his house. The design process was based on the investor's intention and the construction program, which enables both pleasant living and the creation of a representative environment suitable for carrying out the investor's business activities. The basic requirements of the client included the location of the gallery, which allows direct access to the public and at the same time the possibility of holding private events, such as auctions, which can also take place outdoors. In the lower floor of the gallery is a photo studio and in the upper two floors clients personal work.
