Bistro

The three-storey house on the north side of the block consists of a bistro and a student apartment. Both entrances are on the north side, a separate staircase leads to the apartment. The space of the bistro is for the most part elevated over both floors. In addition to the vestibule, there is a dispenser with facilities and tables on the ground floor. A side staircase leads to the gallery, which offers a view of the lower part of the traffic and at the same time through the eastern glass facade to the adjacent park. The space is also open on the north and south façade, which follows the outdoor seating. The flat on the third floor has a bedroom and a living space with kitchen open to south terrace which also includes externally accessible storage. At the north facade there are facilities.
