Vyšehrad - a change of perspective

A common perspective from which people perceive a cemetery is when walking among the graves and reading the headstones. I wanted to give visitors a new perspective, a bird's eye view of the cemetery as a whole. This view is mediated by the wall with the gallery, which also serves as a passageway to the cemetery and to the chapel with the statue of St. Ludmila. At the same time, it separates the cemetery from the rest of Prague, including Prague Castle, the place where the people who will shape the future of the Czech Republic live. To connect the two imaginary worlds on both sides of the wall, it is possible to write any message on the wall. The messages are written with a water-washable marker. Every rain washes away the messages and makes room for new ones. Messages appear and disappear.
