Municipal house in Býčkovice

The municipal house is divided into 3 areas - 1) hygiene, 2) foyer, 3) hall. The hall is sized to accommodate events, meetings or clubs and can fit over 80 people. The next building, which is part of the complex, is used for everyday purposes. The most important areas are office for the chairman, office for the assistant(s) and shop. The staff have a separate toilet and shop has a separate store. Both buildings have a loft for part of the building for storing things. The outdoor area has a large paved area where can be outdoor events such as markets or festivals. It also serves as a driveway for trucks. The property also has a small park which is designed for relaxation and is enriched with a children's playground. The area is connected to the local river and the park by a staircase.
