Annotation

Everyone knows that bricks make walls and walls make houses. But what about building a larger "residential brick" out of bricks. By subsequently stacking these modules on top of each other, we can build an entire residential sculpture. The scale increases, but the principles and shapes remain the same. The proposal innovatively solves social housing by a modular building with an interesting facade and shape. It creates an entire complex with its own courtyard, social spaces and apartments for each tenant. Two Three-story residential buildings with single-story multi-purpose buildings face each other forming an inner block that's typical for the district - Nusle. Brick as a material fits in with the surrounding buildings. In addition, it's warm and calming.
