Social housing under the Nusle bridge

Social housing under the Nusle Bridge is inspired by the idea of natural integration into Oldřichova Street, taking into account the homelessness situation in this part of the city, and with the aim of not disrupting the lives of those living in the surrounding area. Visually, the building is divided into two parts, connected by a bridge on the 3rd floor that doesn't interrupt traffic on Oldřichova Street. The entrances to the building are designed in a way that welcomes someone exiting public transport (from the Svatoplukova Street side) with a public space and a restaurant. The bridge between the buildings not only provides convenient access to interior spaces (such as a workshop) for the residents but also promotes socialization among people.
