The subtle steel construction of the pavilion connects not only two independent sets of housing units on the eastern and western edges of the corner plot on the Proboštský statek in Dejvice, but also the very core of the estate with a public park, thereby creating a kind of membrane between public, semi-public and, on the higher floors, completely private space.
The entire complex contains 13 apartment units with layouts of 1+kk, differing in square footage. All apartment units have a private balcony, as well as common living areas on the pavilion or terrace with barbecue on the roof of the lower of the buildings. On the ground floor there is a children's daycare center, a bike room and a laundry room.
