Family house for cyclist

The house is divided into three volumes. Where the first volume is a bike room with storage, which is integral part of cyclist, where they can fold their bikes. The room is designed in a way that one can relax here, as working room, but also is possible to park a car. The second volume consists of the living room with kitchenette, which is spacious, subtle thanks to large glass panels and is connected to outdoor terrace with pool. The great advantage of separate volume is that, it is lit from all cardinal points, except the north. The third volume is communication area with personal space with rooms as the bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet are. To this volume also falls the second floor, which consists of two rooms that have their own balcony, separate toilet and spacious bathroom.
