Half-way home in the corner

Annotation

Residents sit on the terrace, drink coffee and dry clothes on the patio. A halfway house creates a temporary home for those in need and tries to bring joy back into their lives. The house responds to its corner location, welcoming its residents and supporting the social side of local community life. The house is divided into three floors and, in addition to the 1+kk, 2+kk apartments, includes facilities for social workers, a yard and a terrace, which completes the pleasant background. The staircase that connects the floors is placed as a dominant corner. The facade is divided by colorful columns and cornices, which give it order, and French windows, which mediate the residents' contact with the surroundings.
