House for Marcel Duchamp

To fulfill this assignment, I chose the artist Marcel Duchamp. In the draft concept, I rather focus on Duchamp's personality, which was a little bit variable. One time he was Marcel Duchamp, then he disguised himself as a woman, and another time he signed his works as R. Mutt. He only spoke about his works as art when they were exhibited in a gallery, after never. Therefore I decided to give my house different faces. A white cube during the day, but not at night. Thanks to the translucent polycarbonate facade, I try to create the impression of a simple white cube, which after nightfall reveals other houses in a 3.5m x 3.5m cube grid and a much more complex layout than one might expect. During the day, I also transform the facade using sliding shading.
