HOUSE FOR A RESTORER

In the territory of Petřín, I propose a house suitable for a restorer. My intention in creating the project was to offer a house that would reflect the activities of its residents while also separating private and work spaces. On the street side there is a "showcase" connecting the ground floor and the first floor, which displays the artist's finished works. The first floor houses an exhibition space, so I made an effort to ensure it is visible from the street through windows that replicate the division of the showcase. The underground part features a large studio with access to a terrace and a storage area. The second floor is reserved for private living. I also created convenient connectivity between the different floors through an elevator that enables comfortable movement.
