Coworking

The multifunctional house has three floors, one of which is partially embedded in the ground. Ground floor and the middle, entrance level, are used for co-working, the top floor is used for an apartment. Both entrances are from the street. The coworking reception is connected to the central staircase, the landing is adjoined by a gallery with entrances to the glass-enclosed meeting rooms and press facilities. On the ground floor there is a working open space, which is complemented by toilets and a refreshment room with an exit to the courtyard. The apartment has terrace facing south-east, which extends the main living space with kitchen.
