Pâtisserie

In a residential area in the neighbourhood of Hanspaulka in Prague, low-rise Academic Centre provides housing, working and relaxing spaces for students. The block of houses creates various public spaces. Each house offers a campus facility and a small flat. The project of the Patisserie is located in the southeast part of the block. It is organized on three levels. The main entrance leads from the street to the first floor with a sales counter and facilities. Tables are located on the mezzanine and on the gallery. The third floor is dedicated to an apartment containing a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and closet.
