RESIDENCE WITH STUDIO FOR THE BUILDER

The family house project, located in Petřiny, is intended for the owners of a construction company. The goal of the project is to create a working environment for the entire company and at the same time living spaces so that the working part of the house does not disturb the privacy of the family. The concept of the house is based on two main masses. The first mass was created on the principle of creating a pleasant working space, and the second mass on the principle of a cozy space for living. The massive and structural appearance of the house is balanced by a non-violent connection of the interiors with the exterior so that the interior spaces become more airy and comfortable. The studio is divided into two parts. The first part is for the boss and the second part is for the employees.
