A halfway house should be an intermediate step between institutional care and independent living. For those who need to go through this process, we have designed a lodging house: Leeward. Inside, in addition to facilities for social workers, there are three identical apartments and one "first apartment", which is different in its layout, and it can be entered through a separate entrance. Together, the residents can spend time in the common room, on the roof or in the atrium, which we share with the neighboring house. The house has arched windows. The facade is lined with bricks, except for the first floor, which is concrete.
