Tiny house Náchod

Tiny house is located in the town of Náchod. The parcel is located a short distance from the city library. The facade itself is made of light bricks and the main idea was to let as much sunlight as possible into the interior of the building. The first floor is offset, allowing more light to enter the ground floor. On the ground floor there is a watch shop, as well as a watch service and a small handmade watch factory. Subsequently, on the first floor there are spaces for the man of the clock. There is also an apartment located on the 2nd floor and you can only get to it via the stairwell, which is shared with the court. Our collaboration with a neighbor resulted in an interior garden in the middle of the apartments. There is also a walkable roof, which is intended for rest and relaxation.
