HOUSE FOR A LARGE-FORMAT PAINTER

The designed house with a studio for an extroverted, independent large-format painter utilizes the concept of connecting volumes. The studio forms the core of the house and is connected to the living spaces from various sides. Natural light penetrates the studio through a large skylight, which also serves as a distinctive architectural element. Access to the studio is provided by a small gallery above it, from which stairs lead down. The house features two terraces, one accessible from the gallery and the other from the living area. This concept perfectly fulfills the painter's needs, allowing them to immerse themselves in the world of creation while enjoying an inspiring environment and direct contact with the surrounding nature.
