The Tea House

The Tea House is located in the revitalized area of Mostec as part of the Rohlík Activity Area. The upper floor of the two-storey building allows the visitor to walk through the atrium - greenhouse - with tea plants into the main area, where he or she has the opportunity to learn about the traditional rituals of tea preparation and then taste the different types. The lower floor is designed as the owner's apartment. The house finds its inspiration in traditional Japanese architecture, it is a wooden frame structure that allows to transform the spaces inside by means of sliding doors. The entire property is left as an open untended meadow, which the visitor can walk through to the lake where there is a small tea gazebo floating on the water.
