The building with the diving tower is designed for the youngest Czech-Slovak Olympic Games winner in diving. The concept of the building ensures the possibility of training jumpers in the owners' house. The building is divided into a wet part with its own staircase (swimming pool, changing rooms, tower) and a residential part with its own staircase (apartment premises). The thoughtfulness of the corridors also ensures access for parents to the wet part of the jump by stepping into the place designated for watching without stepping on wet floors. The interior spaces are divided in height into 2 underground and 3 above-ground floors, where the living part meets the optimal ceiling height of the apartment and the wet part module offers floor heights: 5m, 7.5m and 10m above the water level.
